カウボーイカット オールドファッションド ビーフジャーキー

This is the first jerky I've bought in a while where the chew actually feels like real work, in the best way. The thick cut keeps the smoky flavor going for a long time, and one piece was enough to hold me over until dinner.

The smoky flavor hits right away, and the thickness is exactly what I want from jerky—no thin, sad shreds here. Each piece took real chewing, which made the bag last through a whole afternoon of chores.

This bag didn't last two days in my house. That thick, chewy texture is exactly what I want in jerky—it actually makes you work for each bite instead of falling apart like some flimsy strips.
