That earthy hatch chile kick hits immediately but fades into the grass-fed beef taste, and the texture actually stays chewy-tender instead of shredding apart. I've already gone through two bags in a week, and the fact that it's gluten-free with zero preservatives makes me feel less guilty about it.
The texture is spot on—tender enough to chew without fighting it, and that earthy Southwest kick lingers just right. I've already ripped through two bags this week and it's officially my go-to snack for hikes. Being gluten-free and preservative-free makes it feel like a smarter buy than most jerky I
Tore open the bag expecting your run-of-the-mill jerky and got hit with that earthy Southwest flavor that actually lingers. The texture's impressively tender for grass-fed beef, no tough chewy bits, and it's a bonus knowing there's no preservatives in there. Already ordered another bag.
