Finally a jerky that actually tastes like beef, not a salt lick. I checked the ingredients after my first bite and was glad to see no preservatives or junk, just clean grass-fed meat with that rich, savory flavor.
The texture is spot-on—tender enough to chew without it turning into shoe leather, and the savory richness actually tastes like real grass-fed beef. I’ve been snacking on it straight from the bag at my desk, and the lack of preservatives is a plus for me.
I grabbed a pack for a hiking trip and finished half of it before I even hit the trailhead—the rich, savory taste is exactly what I want from jerky. Knowing it’s grass-fed and free of preservatives makes it feel like a cleaner snack without sacrificing flavor.
