The mango sweetness hits first and lingers just long enough before the habanero kicks in—the balance is spot-on. I’ve tried a lot of jerky that claims grass-fed, but this one’s actually tender and chewy without being tough. Finished the whole bag in one sitting.
The heat creeps up right after that first sweet mango bite—exactly the kind of slow burn I want from a snack. It’s chewy without being tough, and knowing it’s grass-fed with no preservatives makes me feel less guilty about finishing the bag in one sitting.
The balance is spot-on—the sweetness hits first and the habanero creeps in right after without ever burning my mouth. I've been snacking on this as my post-run protein fix, and it's nice to know it's grass-fed and free of all the weird preservatives.
